Have you ever noticed the pictures that have a 'romantic' feel to them? Somehow, they have that 'dreamy' atmosphere about them that instantly takes you to that surreal place the picture is trying to portray. Here's how to romance your pictures.
1. Open an image.
2. Add a Gaussian Blur to it.
Filter> Blur> Gaussian Blur. Radius: 7.00
3. Press SHIFT+CTRL+F to get the 'Fade Gaussian Blur' option.
You'll get a pop-up, change the blending layer to 'Soft Light'.
