Isn't it a drag when some pictures aren't as rich as we think they are when we shot them?! Well, fear not, because Photoshop has a solution for improving your picture to make it as rich as the picture you had envisioned. Here's how.
1. Open an image.
2. Adjust its Levels
Image> Adjust> Levels
You can modify the levels according to your picture. For this particular one, input the following values:
RGB: 40, 1.00, 255
RED: 0, 0.70, 255
GREEN: 25, 1.00, 255
BLUE: 32, 1.00, 255
Play around with the Levels option to enrich your picture with vibrant colors. Another example below:
